Sources are reporting that the breathalyzer test that the police administered to Justin Bieber after his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence indicated a blood-alcohol content below 0.08%.
Though 0.08% is the legal limit for drivers in Florida, 0.02% is the legal limit for drivers under the age of 21.
And Bieber admited to drinking, smoking marijuana, and taking precription drugs.
A picture of what is believed to be Justin Bieber just a few hours after he was released on bail following his arrest for drunk driving has emerged, showing him surrounded by alcohol.
Bieber's management is said to have lost patience with him, with those closest to him suggesting he visit a psychotherapist or better yet, check into rehab.
The latest picture (shown above) of a seemingly relaxed-looking Bieber came after he initially appeared to make light of his arrest on Thursday for DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a licence while allegedly drag racing in Miami.

Lots of updates with Justin Bieber's arrest yesterday morning in Miami.
You've most likely by now heard he was driving a rented Lamborghini when he was pulled over for drag racing; Charged and arrested for DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired GA driver's license.
Justin's entourage, which included his DAD, Jeremy Bieber, used their cars to block traffic so Justin could race the car. (Jeremy also partied at SET Nightclub with Justin just hours before this all happened.)
During a press conference, a police spokesperson claimed that Justin admitted he had been drinking, smoking pot, and had taken prescription medication. The police rep also said Justin was "belligerent" when he was stopped for driving 60 in a 30 mile per hour zone.
The arrest report says he dropped the F-bomb a few times. At one point he told the officer: "Why the f--- did I do? Why did you stop me."
He blew a .04 … which isn't over the legal limit … if you're of age. Justin's only 19, so it's a problem.
A second arrest was also made when singer Khalil was also booked for DUI. He was the driving another car that was racing Justin. His bail was set at $1,000.
Bieber appeared in front of a judge, bail was set at $2,500 and he was released a few hours later.
Outside the jail, Justin jumped on top of an SUV and waved to fans before being driven off.
Some other details:
So who is the mystery girl that was with Beiber when he was arrested? Meet Chantel Jeffries!
Bieber had a female passenger with him when he was arrested for DUI. She was in Justin's rented yellow Lamborghini when they drove away from a nightclub and she part of his entourage inside the club.
The blonde is a Wilhelmina model. But jealous fans posted some mean comments and it was deleted from his page. Wilhelmina's website lists Chantel as 5-foot-6 with dark blond hair and green eyes.
She has a rap sheet of her own. Public records show that Jeffries has had five run-ins with the law. These include an arrest for going 92mph in a 70mph zone, but later had her charges reduced which resulted in a fine. Records show she was also accused of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon on February 2, 2011 but the case was dismissed when her alleged victim refused to press charges. The 21-year-old model stabbed another woman in the left forearm 'during a physical altercation'.
Did Justin's Mom give him the drugs?
Justin claims his mom is the one who gave him the prescription medication he took just before his DUI arrest.
Cops asked Justin what substances he had taken before his arrest and he admitted he was under the influence of meds, alcohol, and weed. When asked what kind of meds, he said anti-anxiety but he wasn't sure exactly what kind because he just takes whatever his mom Pattie gives him.
No word on if Justin has his own prescriptions for the drugs and his mom just handles them, or if he's using his mom's prescriptions, which would be illegal. If Justin does have a valid prescription , the substance in his system probably won't be held against him.
Bieber allegedly cried his eyes out after appearing in court.
A source told People.com that the he was "crying his eyes out" after he appeared in court.
Or, did he "giggle like a teenage girl?"
Other sources are telling us he was "giggling like a teenage girl" as he waited to see a judge after his DUI arrest.
A law enforcement source told RadarOnline: "He appeared to still be under the influence and would start to mumble something under his breath, then start laughing. Cops are used to seeing people who are under the influence do all sorts of bizarre things, so this wasn't out of the ordinary, except it was a major celebrity this time."
"Despite being combative with officers at the scene, when he got to the station to be booked, Justin was polite to cops. He also complained that he was hungry and tired."
Who's repping him in all of this?
Justin has hired famous Florida attorney Roy Black to beat his DUI charge. This is the same lawyer who is best known for getting an acquittal for William Kennedy Smith on charges of rape and for representing radio host Rush Limbaugh on charges he misused prescription painkillers.
Black will work with Justin's Los Angeles based lawyer Howard Weitzman and Miami criminal defense attorney Howard Srebnick.
Why the red jumpsuit?
It turns out different jails have different colors to classify inmates. Justin's red jumpsuit signified that he was a "high-profile inmate." Sometimes that can mean the inmate will be held in isolation.
How is Selena Gomez dealing with this?
We're hearing that the first thing she did was reach out to Justin's mom to see how she could help. She also did something very uncharacteristic yesterday; She stopped at a gas station to pick up a pack of ciggies and a pop. So from the girl who told us that she CRIED when she had to smoke a fake cigarette for her role in Spring Breakers … We thought that was pretty unusual.
