Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Renew Vows, Reveal They're Done Having Kids

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians saw the power couple welcome the birth of their fourth child, son, Psalm, via surrogate.

"Our surrogate is so amazing. She had the easiest delivery. She pushed literally maybe one time. Kourtney and Kanye were in the room with me," Kim admitting during the episode, which aired on Sunday (October 20). "I feel so complete. I really do feel like four [kids] is the perfect number for me. I feel so full in the best way, but I'm done."

As for their Psalm's name, the makeup mogul revealed that they originally decided on the name Ye, but the rapper didn't like it because it "doesn't mean anything." "We looked up every name in the bible that had Ye in the beginning, and the only name was Yehezkel, and Kylie called at the last second and was like, ‘no!’ Pslam and Saint sound good together," she explained. Psalms joins daughters, Chicago, 19 months, and North, 6, and son, Saint, 3.

In typical Kardashian fashion, the new addition to the family also gave the collective another reason to celebrate, so they took all their children along with them for a private vow renewal in celebration of their five-year anniversary. The ceremony was not filmed for the E! reality show, but Kim did share the opening line of the vows that she surprised West with during the event. "You are my husband. You are my best friend. My biggest believer and my one true love," she said.
