Nutritionist and “Today” contributor Keri Glassman recently shared the seven foods she MUST eat EVERY DAY!
She cautions that’s what is right for her may not be for you. You can certainly use this as a guide, but chatting with your doctor is a good idea :-)
- Coffee. It’s the antioxidants.
- Smoothie. You can get fruits and veggies in, plus loads of health benefits.
- Greens. Bring on the fiber!
- Cold pressed oil. You need healthy fats, and this is a good one.
- Nuts and nut butters.
- Roasted veggies. Roasting won’t strip a lot of the nutrients.
- Lean protein. You build muscle and antibodies. Plus it is key to losing weight.
