How to Use Vinegar to Clean a Microwave

Hunker suggests you fill a glass measuring cup with one cup of water and a few tablespoons of white vinegar, then microwave the mixture for 90 seconds (or until you see it start to boil). Leave the door closed for a few minutes, letting the steam collect in the microwave and wipe down

How to Use Lemon Water to Clean a Microwave

Pour in 1/2 cup of water into a glass container or bowl. Slice a lemon and squeeze the juice from it into the water, then place the entire lemon in. Microwave for 90 to 120 seconds, until the water begins to steam. Leave the door closed for a few minutes, letting the steam collect in the microwave, and wipe down.
